Do I have to register as a member before I can list property with your company?
You do not have to register to list a property with us. If you have a property that you will like to rent out or sell, just register the property online with us and we will take care of the rest.
How do I get paid?
Once your property is rented or bought, the money will be paid directly into the bank account you provided to us. All payments shall be by electronic medium for ease of reference.
Can anybody list a property with your company?
Yes. Landlords or any person authorized by the landlord can upload property with us. However, it is the company’s policy that payment for property (not the commission) will be paid directly and only to the landlord of the property.
What type of property can be listed?
Any type of property can be listed with us. No property is too big or small for us to handle.
Any property ranging from vacant plot, 1 room, shops to multi-apartments and commercial properties.
How soon do I get my commission?
Once the customer has paid and the payment is cleared, commissions and all other payments will be paid out immediately or as soon as the next business day.
